If On-demand Access is disabled, user1@emea-testing.com can only see
West region and aeskinasy@tableau.com can see
all data. - Note: ODA enabled accepts any non-empty string, try out with
blah. This string is captured by TS_Events admin insights
datasource and can be used to gather valuable access stats, even for ephemeral users.
Enable ODA to skip user provisioning (available for Usage Based License only). - Notice that the username gets
deleted from the dashboard when enabled.
- ODA can also be used for data monetization, by locking tableau
features via permissions on Projects/content.
